1. Assist investment managers with industry research.；

2. Assist investment managers in completing project due diligence, including collating interview summaries, due diligence materials, and internal reporting documents.

3. Assist the department with internal administrative and comprehensive affairs.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Master’s degree students or final-year students with recommended postgraduate admission from well-known domestic and international universities, majoring in economic management-related fields.

2. Familiar with office software; proficiency in Wind is preferred.

3. Practical work attitude, meticulous thinking, and attention to detail in all tasks.

4. Able to work on-site 3 days a week and commit to a 3-month or longer internship.

5. Able to start as soon as possible.

The company has an employee canteen, and provides an internship subsidy of 100 yuan/day. For interns coming from other cities, accommodation and transportation subsidies are also available.
