These criminals are not employees or authorized representatives of our company and have no right to act on our behalf. Their actions are not binding on our company. To prevent public confusion and potential losses, we hereby issue the following solemn statement:

The “Gortune Investment Greater Bay Area Industry Fund” was neither established by our company nor participated in by us, and there is no investment, cooperation, or business relationship between us and this fund. We have not authorized any party to use “Gortune Investment” as the name of the fund.
